Terms and Conditions of Sale
This document describes the terms and conditions applicable to the sale of jewelry, access, and use of the services offered on the website www.joyeriahago.com (hereinafter also referred to as Portal or Joyeriahago.com), owned by Joyeriahago S.L., with CIF B-92761311 and registered in the Mercantile Registry of Málaga, with its registered office at Avenida de Pries 7, 29016, Málaga, Spain.

Joyeriahago.com may modify, add, or unilaterally remove without prior notice any of the services and products offered on the Portal, as well as temporarily or permanently suspend the provision of its services. Likewise, it may unilaterally modify these terms and conditions without prior notice. For the purposes of this document, the following definitions apply:
- User(s): any person who freely accesses the content of the website joyeriahago.com, regardless of whether they contract the services offered on said Portal or not.
- Registered user(s): any user who voluntarily and in accordance with these general rules has registered in the user registry of joyeriahago.com.
- Customer(s): any registered or unregistered user who has made or makes a purchase at joyeriahago.com.
Access and use of the Portal is free and open, although some services require prior registration. Its use implies knowledge and full acceptance of these rules by the User.
Access and use of the Portal are subject to current legal regulations and the express prohibition of actions that damage the Portal or third parties, as well as those that intentionally attempt to spread computer viruses or any other type of malicious software (malware) through the Portal or its systems.
Joyeriahago.com may prevent access to the Portal to those who do not make legitimate use of it, in addition to taking legal action against those who promote or protect such acts.
Despite making the utmost effort to ensure the accuracy of the product information offered on the Portal, Joyeriahago.com cannot be held responsible for technical or human errors that may exist regarding product descriptions, prices, and photographs. Photographs do not reproduce items at life-size under any circumstances, and colors may vary depending on the configuration of each device (computer, screen, graphics card). Item descriptions are approximate.
Joyeriahago.com is not responsible for damages caused as a result of the introduction and/or spread of viruses, trojans, or any other type of malicious or fraudulent software, nor for the contents or information disseminated through the Portal by third parties or entities that may access it fraudulently or without the express consent of Joyeriahago.com.
Joyeriahago.com will not be responsible for services it does not directly provide or for contents or information not directly originating from the Portal owner, although it will adopt all appropriate and necessary measures to guarantee the security and privacy of transactions and communications between Users and the Portal.
Joyeriahago.com will not be responsible for the information and/or contents of other websites connected to Joyeriahago.com via links, nor for any damages caused by their use.
All Portal contents (texts, images, logos, and banners) are subject to the Intellectual and Industrial Property rights of Joyeriahago.com or third parties, and may not be used, distributed, sold, or exploited without the prior written consent of Joyeriahago S.L.

The following establishes the sales agreement between Joyeriahago.com (hereinafter also referred to as Portal), owned by Joyeriahago S.L., with CIF B-92761311 registered in the Mercantile Registry of Málaga, with its registered office at Avenida de Pries Nº 7, 29016, Málaga, and the Customer.
The scope of these conditions of sale applies to Spain, the rest of the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Andorra, Monaco, and San Marino.
Any User making a purchase at Joyeriahago.com must agree to these terms and conditions, understanding that they have read and understood all conditions in this section.
The prices of the products displayed on the Portal include a 21% VAT.
- European Union (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Romania, and Sweden): citizens of European Union member states must pay the applicable VAT in Spain (21%).
The corresponding local taxes and customs duties are borne by the Customer, and customs clearance is their responsibility. We recommend that these Customers inform themselves locally about customs requirements before making a purchase on our website.
- The price of shipping costs includes transport and insurance for all shipments within the national territory. Shipments to the rest of Europe have an additional charge of €12.00.
Joyeriahago.com reserves the right to unilaterally modify its product prices without prior notice and to apply or modify discounts and/or surcharges.
Orders are not processed until payment has been verified. At Joyeriahago.com, we offer several payment options that provide the highest levels of security:
- PayPal: when the user confirms their order on Joyeriahago.com, they are directed to this provider's page, where the Customer can choose between several payment methods (credit or debit card, bank account charge). PayPal processes the purchase payment and confirms to Joyeriahago.com when the payment has been made.
- BBVA: similarly, after confirming their order, the Customer is directed to the BBVA secure payment page.
- Direct bank transfer: the Customer makes the payment via bank transfer from their own bank.
Orders that have not been paid within seven days will be canceled.
The delivery time for our items is approximately two days for national shipments and approximately twenty calendar days for international shipments, counted from the confirmation of payment in our account. Joyeriahago.com tries to dispatch as quickly as possible and commits to notifying the Customer of possible delays. Joyeriahago.com is not responsible for delays caused by transport companies.
Standard shipping is 48/72h, except for personalized items or those out of stock, whose maximum term will be 10 days. The manufacturing of these pieces takes place on Thursdays and Fridays of each week.
The first size change will be free; the customer will bear the outward shipping costs.
If, upon receiving the product, it has any manufacturing defect, we will collect the product to exchange it for an identical one. Items that have suffered damage due to accident or misuse once in the Customer's possession are excluded from the guarantee.
All our items have a lifetime guarantee of 50% of the repair cost; the customer will always bear the outward and return shipping costs.
Gold platings have a 6-month guarantee; at the end of those 6 months, the plating will be at 50% of the price. Outward and return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
In accordance with applicable regulations, the Customer has a legal right of withdrawal of 14 calendar days from the receipt of the product to return it without giving any reason. Joyeriahago.com commercially extends this period, and the Customer has a period of thirty (30) calendar days, counted from the date of receipt of their purchase, to return an item to Joyeriahago.com.
- If the item does not meet your expectations, the Customer can choose whether to replace it with another or request a monetary refund; in this case, a return fee of €8 will be charged. Joyeriahago.com will refund the full amount using the same payment method to the Customer once it has been verified that the item returned by the customer is in the same condition in which it was delivered.
- In the event of a manufacturing defect, the Customer can choose whether to replace it with a new one or request a monetary refund. In this case, shipping costs will be borne by Joyeriahago.com.
- In the event of a size or model change by the customer, the customer must send the design to Hago, and the correct size will be returned for free (except international shipments or those outside the Peninsula).
- Personalized pieces will not be accepted for return except for manufacturing defects.
- To request a jewelry exchange or return, the buyer may contact JoyerÃa Hago via email at administracion@joyeriahago.com, indicating the order number and the pieces to be returned, or request it through the following link within the order to be returned: https://www.joyeriahago.com/es/historial-compra
- Returns are not accepted if a change in the item's original characteristics is detected or suspected, or if it has been altered in any way (scratched, engraved, hit, etc.).
- Joyeriahago.com is not responsible for returns made through carriers not expressly authorized by us.
- Any return must be made in accordance with the instructions communicated by Joyeriahago.com to the customer in response to their return request.
- The exchange of an item or monetary restitution will be made when the returned item has been examined by our technical staff.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:
These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish legislation, with the parties submitting, in the event of disputes, to the Spanish Courts and Tribunals.
