

Our chain soldering service is a specialized jewelry repair where you send us your broken piece—whether a necklace, bracelet, or other item—and we expertly solder the chain so it looks like new.
- Upload a photo of the item so we can see which piece needs repair.
- Write any important details for the repair in the personalization area.
Once you place your order:

We will email you a prepaid Correos shipping label (you don’t pay for shipping to our workshop).

Take your item well-packaged to any Correos office and include a printed copy of the order confirmation email inside the parcel.

Once we receive your jewelry and complete the repair, we’ll send it back using the shipping method you selected at checkout (Correos, TIPSA, in-store pickup, etc.).

• 1 Shipping bag per order.
• 1 Shipping box per order.
Your order is a gift 🎁 Don't worry! No price or invoice is included in the order. Everything is in the confirmation email.
These are all our shipping types:
• Express Shipping 24h - €9.95
• Tipsa Shipping 48h - €5.95
• Correos Shipping 48 hours - €3.95
If your order exceeds 60 euros, shipping by Correos is free.
All our pieces are made for you. Manufacturing days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. Please note that:
• If you make the purchase after Tuesday at 8:00 in the morning, your order will enter the following manufacturing on Thursday.
• The same happens with orders made after Thursday at 8:00 in the morning: they will be manufactured the following Tuesday.
Returns:
At Hago, you have 30 days for exchanges and returns.
