This item is a jewelry repair service for ring resizing. The customer sends their ring in one size and we return it resized to the measurement provided in the personalization field, for example: finger circumference 52mm (which corresponds to size 12 according to our size guide).

It's essential to upload a photo of the ring so we can evaluate the model and confirm feasibility. If there's any issue, we’ll let you know before arranging pickup.
Depending on the resizing, a price supplement may apply, which will be communicated before the item is collected.

- Upload a photo of the item so we can see which piece needs to be repaired. (Orders cannot be processed without a photo)
- Specify the size you want the ring resized to in the personalization area, for example: finger circumference 52mm (size 12).
- Delect the material of your ring (gold or silver), indicate whether it has a stone or not, and specify whether it's a reduction or enlargement.

Once you place the order:

1. We’ll send you a prepaid Correos shipping label by email (the customer does not pay for shipping the item to our workshop).
2. Take your well-packaged item to any Correos office and include a printed copy of the order confirmation email inside the package.
3. Once we receive your ring and complete the resizing, we’ll return it using the delivery method you selected at checkout (Correos, TIPSA, in-store pickup, etc.).
